Group Services

Armor & Ashes

Armor & Ashes is a confidential, trauma-informed psychotherapy group designed specifically for first

responders—firefighters, law enforcement, EMTs, paramedics, and dispatchers—who carry the unseen burdens

of their work. This group offers a space to lay down your armor and sift through the ashes of what you’ve witnessed, without bravado or pressure. It’s a place for real connection, healing tools, and support from

those who truly understand.

Led by licensed trauma specialist, Brenda Vance, each session includes open and structured discussions

focused on processing job-related trauma, chronic stress, and burnout. Participants will gain education on

PTSD, anxiety, and stress regulation, as well as practical techniques for grounding, emotional expression,

and resilience. Armor & Ashes is more than a group—it’s a community that recognizes your sacrifices

and helps carry the weight.

You’ve held the line for others—now let us help hold it for you.

Rooted in grit. Rising in Power.

This is where you unfold.

Fire Circle

Fire Circle is a confidential, supportive psychotherapy group for men navigating the weight of stress, anger, depression, guilt, or shame. It’s a space to finally drop the mask—no more pretending, powering through, or

going it alone. In this circle, you don’t have to “fix” yourself to be welcome. You just have to show up.

Together, we explore vulnerability, mental health, and the strength found in genuine male connection.

We challenge toxic myths about masculinity and make room for the full spectrum of emotion—grief,

rage, tenderness, fear, and resilience. Each session includes open conversationsabout identity, relationships,

and emotional well-being, along with practical tools for self-expression, boundary setting, and mindfulness.

Whether you're in crisis or simply seeking connection and growth, Fire Circle offers a place to heal, reflect, and reconnect—with others and with yourself.

Where the darkness becomes your power.

This is where you unfold.

Hosted by Black Lotus Counseling Center, this program cuts through the noise and gets to the core of healing: what you feed your body, how you move it, and how you reconnect your mind.

This isn't a diet. It's not bootcamp. It's a trauma-informed, science-backed journey to help you rebuild your foundation from the inside out. Through group support, practical nutrition, purposeful movement, and brain-based healing strategies, you'll learn how to calm your nervous system, reduce cravings, and feel strong -- mentally and physically.

You've been in survival mode long enough. Now it's time to fight for your future.

This is where you unfold.
